Time To Trade-In
Don’t forget, we are hosting golf clubs 4 cash on Friday 23rd April. If you have a garage full of clubs that are just gathering dust or maybe it's time to treat yourself to some new kit, why not get yourself some money for it. Bring your stuff in, the guys from golfclubs4cash will give you an offer, if you're happy with it they will take it off your hands and the money will be credited to your shop account ready for you to purchase some new, shiny kit. If you can’t make the day in person, you can drop your stuff in, in advance. Speak to one of the shop team for more information. |

Pace of Play and General Etiquette It has been noticed over the last couple of weeks that the pace of play has slowed down a little too much. Obviously, with the club attracting a number of new members this has led to more people out playing. Please be aware that if you have a gap in the group in front of you either try to speed things up in between shots or allow the group behind you to play through, especially if you are looking for an errant shot. Here are a few ways in which you can shave a few minutes off the round without rushing: - Be ready to play. Don't wait for your turn to then start choosing clubs and going through your pre-shot routine.
- Keep an eye on all players' shots. The more pairs of eyes watching, the more likely you are to find a stray shot.
- Mark the card whilst on the next tee and whilst others are teeing off.
- Make sure you leave your bag on the way to the next tee.
Lastly; Please do as much as you can to leave bunkers as smooth as possible by using your club or your feet after you have played your shot. At this moment we cannot have rakes in the bunkers so we are relying on you.

When it rains it pours... They say ‘when it rains, it pours’ and Max Kieffer was soaked after sticking three balls in the water on the fifth play-off hole of the European Tour’s Austrian Open. America’s John Catlin proceeded to lift his third trophy in 13 European Tour starts. On the LPGA Tour, former World No. 1 Lydia Ko stormed her way back into the winning circle with a seven-stroke victory at the Lotte Championship. An emphatic -28 winning score ended the New Zealander’s three-year winless run. We can only wonder what’s to come!
Whether you’re trying to avoid the water or end a winless run, there’s never a bad time for a golf lesson. Get in touch below to book coaching sessions with us.
