Big Foot Spotted at Leeds Golf Club!
TaylorMade’s brilliant ‘High Toe’ range has been extended to include a high loft, high bounce wedge.
The ‘big foot’ is perfect for those who struggle out of bunkers and tend to dig with their wedge shots. The full face groves are perfect for hitting flop shots as you can hit balls off the toe to ‘deaden’ the impact but still have some groves for control.
A demo is coming soon, so come and speak to Ady or Andy for more information.

Make a £99.98 saving! TaylorMade equipment is played by some of the world's best golfers, such as Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson. In fact, they both use TaylorMade's TP5 or TP5x golf balls, too. They're also some of the longest and straightest guys on Tour, which is partly down to the golf balls and the impressive M5 and M6 drivers. So, for a short time only, we're going to give away two dozen TP5 or TP5x golf balls for FREE with every M5 or M6 driver that we sell - just so you can see the results for yourself. |

Goodbye laces. Hello Boa Technology in today's golf equipment continues to amaze us year-on-year, but it's not just our clubs that are making strides in the tech department. Believe it or not, golf shoes are some of the most advanced products in the market thanks to the evolution of the Boa Fit System, which is replacing traditional laces. Not only does it fasten your shoe, but when the Boa dial is on the heel of your shoe, it pulls your foot back and down to provide the perfect fit for extreme comfort and stability out on the course. |

Sensational Solheim Cup
It seems that Scotland is the home of Ladies team golf and Gleneagles is a fortress for European team golf; with the Ladies following on from the Gents win in 2014 to their own nail-biting finish.
Over the 3 days of testing conditions up in Perthshire, the end of each day saw the teams evenly matched going into the Sunday singles. Corlota Ciganda led the team out to some early points but a strong middle section from the US Team saw things pegged back. With about an hour to go it looked like the European team were going to come up just shy of the 14 ½ points needed to win the cup back, until, Bonte Law turned her match around over her last 3 holes to leave the stage to the controversial captain’s pick, Suzann Pettersen, to hole a vital 6 footer on the final green to win her point and take the European tally to that 14 ½ points needed.
There was some fantastic golf over the course of the three days and captain, Catriona Matthew, who was so pleased to win in her home country praised all 12 members of her team, the caddies and assistant captains for the work towards the victory. It’s a shame we now have to wait 2 years to do it all again.

It's great walking to the first tee with a new driver in hand (that's been custom fitted to suit your swing, of course) that you know will help you outdrive your playing partners, but sometimes it can be a simple change to the ball that you're using that has the biggest effect on your game. |
