How many of you practise? If you do; is it making you better?
A lot of golfers will wander out to the practise area with a bag of balls and hit a few shots to one target and a few shots to another target, spend an hour going through the motions. My question is; Are you improving your swing or ingraining what you already do? Practicing with a purpose for 20-minutes is worth more to you, than two hours of mindless swiping away. For example, to improve your putting, spend a few minutes making sure that you start the ball on your intended line by putting through a ‘gate’. Then take ONE ball and play 9 holes on the putting green. Go through your pre-putt routine on each putt. Keep a score and you can then see over time if there is improvement or if you need to have a lesson. Click here to contact us.
