He's back! Unless you spend most of the weekend under a rock away from emails, TV and any social media, you will know that Tiger Woods chalked up win number 80 of his career on the PGA Tour winning at The Tour Championship. Woods who was imperious for the four days, showed a fantastic comeback on a par with that of the great Ben Hogan. The scenes coming up and on the final green were phenomenal as seemed more reserved for a rock concert than a golf course. Some have questioned whether Tiger is good for golf…I think we have our answer. But it's not all about Tiger... Former World Number one, Justin Rose continued a fantastic year by winning the FedExCup, (the PGA Tour’s order of merit) and a nice little bonus of 10 million dollars to go with it. Not at all bad for a player who missed 21 consecutive cuts when he turned professional and has now won both European and U.S. Tour’s order of merits, World Golf Championships, Olympic Gold and the U.S. Open. What’s next for Justin? |
