Greens info

Please check with the pro shop with regards winter greens, buggies etc. Neil and his team monitor this on a daily basis and will make a decision for both the benefit of the members and what is best for the golf course.

If there are every any questions with regards what the green keepers are doing, please by all means ask and we will find out for you.

Saturday Texas Scramble

Well done to B.Fogal, C.Monaghan and M.Chapman who were the winners of the Saturday Texas Scramble with a great score of nett 57.7. In second place but just missed out on top spot were W.Thackray, S.Finn and B.Thackray who scored a nett 57.8.

Santa's Helper Shotgun

Well done to J.Keen, C.Burkill, L.Burkill and N.Smith who were the winners of the Santa's Helper Shotgun with a score of 57 points. In second place were M.Kasher, Guest, J.Johnson and S.Cutts with a score of 56 points and in third place were M.Gilbert, B.Hewitt, K.Pickersgill and M.Mclnutty with a score of 55 points.

You’ve made it abundantly clear…

Each month we run a new poll on our website to get you thinking about your golf game and the hottest topics in golf.

Given the time of year, our latest poll asked you to consider your main golfing goal for 2018 from a choice of four answers. We thought the responses would be fairly similar and for three of the answers it was, but ‘lowering your handicap’ was the standout goal with 69% of you choosing this as your biggest aim for 2018.
