Hello golfers,
Winter Lesson Package
Now that the main competitive season has come to an end, now is a good time to look at preparing for next year. Andy has put together a winter package that includes 6 half hour lessons, (1 each month) and a second session that focuses on different aspects of your golf which are personal to you.
Individually this would cost £450.00, however when bought as a package the cost is only £300.00 . For the price of a new driver, you could make 2017 your best year yet. Click here to see the poster.
Greens News
The greens have recently been spiked to allow fresh air to get to the roots, they will be top dressed and fed within the next few days in preparation for the winter to come. Preferred lies are now in operation. Please note that this is on closely mown areas. The ball may be marked, lifted, cleaned and replaced within 6 inches of its original position, no nearer the hole.

New In
Maxi Power lithium battery. Lead acid batteries have served a purpose but are now on their way out. The new technology in lithium batteries means that they are smaller, lighter, charge faster and last longer than its predecessors. The Maxi Power lithium battery comes with an adapter for the T-bar connection to the small plug so that it will fit most trollies and comes with a 3 year full warranty.
Please speak to Ady or Andy for more info.
The next 6 sessions for the junior academy start this Sunday and will run until the end of November. We will be carrying on working through the challenge booklets, giving everyone the skills to go out and play. Please contact Andy to book your child, grandchild or friends in. Dates attached here.
How good was the golf in the Ryder Cup?
Although the score was not in our favour this year, the standard of golf was fantastic and the spirit in which it was played was equally as good. Most of the players looked like they were having fun.
The thought for this week is always to try and find something in your round that make you smile, something that you enjoy. It might be the view, it might be how well you're hitting the driver or how well you are holing out from 3 feet, but always try to find something positive and focus on that rather than the alternative. This will have a positive impact on your game and future rounds, generally speaking, the happier we are, the more relaxed we are, the better we play.
If you would like some help with this, speak to Mind Factor Coach, Andy.
