This Saturday is the men's Black Prince Trophy, a 3 person team competition, please don't forget to book.

We wish Assistant Professional Andy luck as he travels to Valencia for the European Aikido Championships this weekend. Hopefully he can live up to the high standards he set himself after the World Championships last year.

Thought of the Week 

Visualise the shot - Very much a cliché when it comes to golf, but how do you do it? I have spoken to many people over the years and everyone seems to do it differently. Some see themselves hitting the shot as if they were watching from behind or the side. Some see the shot as if they were hitting it and others only see the ball flight in their mind. Once you have figured out which is right for you then using visualisation can be a massive benefit to creating positive outcomes on the next shot.
